Although there was a shortage of staff I was extremely pleased with my appointment, although the optometrist could have been friendlier, she did make me feel like she was in a rush, the other staff however were very helpful

Brilliant optician Tej who really took his time to explain everything to me. The wonderful bright funny Kate who talked me through my glasses the only downside was the senior who's contradiction of all that Kate had said almost lost them the sale. I have been using Boots for a number of years and the senior has not improved with age. I will continue to use Boots, the care and knowledge is second to none just not that member of staff.

The optometrist was fantastic, will definitely be back in future. The other members of staff that I met first were not as friendly. I did not feel like they made much effort to make me welcome. Other than ask me who I was and telling me to wait, made no effort to engage with me. Were it not for the optometrist, I would probably go elsewhere for more friendly service.
